The school doors are open so the children can use libraries receive courses in French, mathematics, religious education or any other courses to the needs of families. They have even developed a support program specifically addressed to children receiving education at home, putting up the 'storefront school.
These are small stores across the province, where children can view with or without faculty appointments to tackle gaps in parental knowledge in certain subjects. This service is subsidized by the state and absolutely free.

There are even free phones for those who want access to professors. The conditions to be met in Alberta, are 2 to 3 visits per year mandatory on the part of boards of assessors, to assess trends in academic progress of children.

In Quebec, the Ministry of Education gives school boards the responsibility for enforcing the law regarding home education, especially school boards receive $ 5 392 per child attending primary schools and side, this money comes from a part of the Ministry of Education and other school taxes paid by citizens. For educators, parents at home, any subsidy or money are awarded.

According to the Law on Public Education in Quebec, a child must attend school from 6 to 16 years.
Article 15 of the Act states, however:

No need to be a teacher to teach our children. Love, curiosity, imagination and passion for life are amply sufficient to convey knowledge and lifestyle. It is a great and wonderful experience for the parent and child!
Teach kids at home is obviously not the easiest task. It requires patience, discipline themselves, learn to get good textbooks, etc.. Fortunately, the son of the time, support networks have developed.

Going to school at home is possible!

In Quebec, the home education is more and more followers. It is estimated that there about 3,000 children who receive education at home and between 60,000 to 95,000 children across the country. In the United States a million and a half of school children living at home. In Canada, each province has its own procedure.

In Alberta, there are 8 209 children who are home schooling and in this province found the most developed programs to support parents who make that choice.
